Visitors can view artefacts and displays connected to local settlement and shipwreck history. Shop for local arts and crafts, talk to our wonderful volunteers and view an extensive photo library capturing topics as diverse as local surf culture and historic farming methods.
The Heytesbury and District Historical Hall is the display space of the Heytesbury and District Historical Society. The group has been has worked closely with Parks Victoria on story boards interpreting unique aspects of the Rocket and Cliff Rescue crews that have a long history of regional service. You will find these on the way down to Port Campbell Jetty.
There is a gold coin donation box in the museum. Voluntary contributions and sales purchased from the gift shop help the group continue their work. Leaving a donation or making a purchase is a nice way to show appreciation for their effort.
