Winter invites hot cups of tea in the relaxing and peaceful sitting room overlooking the front court yard. The outdoor under cover dining area looks over the vegetable garden and large grassed area where children and pets can run and play. Feel free to potter in the garden and to use fresh produce that is ready for harvest.

Although there is no access to the garage there is ample parking onsite, including two driveways and parking at the front of the house and on the road.

Port Campbell beach, shops, restaurants and pub are within walking distance so you wont need to worry about parking in the CBD during high peak periods.
