12 Apostles Farmstay is in a great location and is a comfortable four bedroom house five minutes from Port Campbelln and 10 minutes from Timboon. 15 acres with distant views of the southern ocean at a quiet location on the 12 Apostles Bike Trail.

Perfect to use to enjoy the Great Ocean Road, Timboon and the fabulous Gourmet Trail, The Otways or to simply relax and enjoy the serenity.

Well behaved pooches with good toilet manners are most welcome.

Air conditioning with heating in the living room and three of the bedrooms and fantastic afternoon sea breezes most days to keep things comfortable. Wood heater for use in the living room. 4G mobile phone reception on most of the property and Wi-Fi.

The recently renovated kitchen has a full sized dishwasher and fridge. The ensuite is also recently renovated with a walk in shower and freestanding bath. The brand new main bathroom (a shower and bath) and laundry (washing machine and dryer) are combined.

There’s a big barbeque with wok burner on the deck and outdoor games are there for you to use along with the hand full of board games.
