Princetown Recreation Reserve

Recreation reserve ideally located on the Gellibrand River Princetown 6km east of the 12 Apostles by road or 7km via the Great Ocean Walk.

Access to the campground is via a 1km gravel road and a bridge which crosses the Gellibrand River. An ideally located campground from which to explore Port Campbell and Great Otway National Parks. Access to Princetown township is via a boardwalk over the Serpentine wetland. Plenty of resident kangaroos and a short walk to ocean, river, ocean and river beaches and fishing platform

Only 6km east of the 12 Apostles by road and 7km via the Great Ocean Walk which goes past the campsite.

Dogs on lead and under control permitted

Bookings:

No bookings required or taken. Just come and enjoy! Our busiest times are the Christmas/ New Year period, Easter and long weekends.  There is always plenty of space before December 25 and after January 4 and every other time of the year. If you arrive early in the day during the peak times you are more likely to get a spot. If you arrive late (after 5pm) you may miss out.

Fees:

Unpowered: $20 for 2 people and $5 for each person after that per car. Children under 15 years $5 (includes up to 3 children)

Powered: $25 for 2 people and $5 for each person after that per car. Children under 15 years $5 (includes up to 3 children)
